Nice quiet neighbourhood, clean room, not a huge room but adequate for sleeping. Beds very firm.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice area, quiet, lots of restaurants in area.

Bed was very firm. Too firm. Showers are little short but they had lots of hot water.

Not too much and not too bad.

Room was cleaned thoroughly every day and they provided free mineral water and soaps. Personel was kind and informative.

Terrible beds that gave us backpains for our five day stay and the location wasn't that great. But for one of the cheaper options in Singapore, what can you say.

Well the location of course.

Well the location of course. delicious and variety food are all down the street. The receptionist on the 1st and 2nd day was helpful assisting us on our enquires.

The mattress is harden.. I woke up the next day having a slight backache.

Good pics but maybe thye're 20years old

Stuff was super friendly! I Like the bed. And good location this is the prettiness of the hotel.

The pictures look nothing like what you accept you. Room needs improvement very much. The rooms extremly tiny, 2 beds, 2 people, 2 big bags and no more place. The RC was very loud and toooo cold, Wifi is unavailable from our room. And cockroach , but it's usual in this area of the world. it's not a quiet neighbour,

Easy location and close to MTR stations, staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Decent for a one night stay if at a great value; more than one night is not recommended.

The bed was extremely firm and hard - completely uncomfortable, bathtub did not have a shower curtain and the hose was not long enough to hang on the wall, toilet seat was dirty, refrigerator smelled..

Will not repeat my bookings with this hotel.

1. The check in and check out staff was friendly, helpful and nice. 2. Location was walking distance to alot of famous eateries. 3. Room provided towels and toiletries. 4. Hairdryer available - needs to be rented at the reception.

1. Cleanliness - We checked into our room finding sand and hair on the ground, the toilet floor and drainage also had hair and dirt. Went downstairs to inform of this issue, someone took my complain but was on the laptop and did not had any eye contact with me (I was unsure if person was typing my complain or was busy on other things). We then left to go out for lunch. When we came back in the early evening, room was still dirty (just less hair) but this time had sandy shoe print on the entrance between my bathroom and room floor. (as per attached photo) 2. Toilet seat was broken. 3. Air conditioning needed some servicing as it was sometimes hot and sometimes it blew out cold air. 4. Room was very small, for those traveling with huge luggage, you will not have any room for your luggage. My partner and I only had cabin luggage and there was not enough space. Picture on bookings was very different. 5. Poor and slow WiFi. 6. Head pillow was very flat and old, needed a change.

The location and staff where great, the metroline is just a...

The location and staff where great, the metroline is just a 10min walk away and it’s great! Room was alright, very small bathroom and room to walk but you get what you pay for - it’s cheap and it’s Singapore! We had a standard double room on the fifth floor.

Worst hotel I ever stayed

Nothing!

Everything! The build was b\very old with lot's of problems on water running on the bathroom, very bad toilet smell and a very loud machine all night on the top of our heads. Worst hotel ever! We paid to stay 3 nights but moved out the next morning and they didn't refund us the two nights.

The room size isn't the same as the pictures featured on booking. Shoe box rooms. Not even a third of the size shown on Booking.com

Its a good value for money.Just dont expect that photos will be the same when you arrive at property

The staff are friendly and always willing to assist us for our quiries, they cleaned our rooms everyday and changed towels. Location wise, its near 2 mrt stations. Bed is comfortable.

Noise from other rooms can be heared from our room, rooms are small. Hot water isnt working well.
